Before I pen down my thoughts for this review, I want to acknowledge the efforts taken by Manasi to help me in my weight loss journey (or lets say a journey to change my lifestyle). She went beyond the client-dietician relationship and advised me as a friend. 

I have been enthusiastically pursuing my goals for a healthy lifestyle for the past 4 years, however I was not able to achieve the desired results in my weight loss. I have been regular to my workouts for the past 3 years. I also tried numerous crash diets, but only to realize that they werent effective.

I enrolled with Manasi in the month of November (2018). In 4 months, I reduced 6-7 kgs. None of my diets during these 3 months were crash diets, nor were they boring and tasteless. The essence of her diet plan was to tweak my current food habits, but at the same time not deviating from the cultural food habits. So, I never gave up rice/rotis/dosas and all that I loved. With small tweaks, I was able to achieve my goals. Now, the diet plan has become my new lifestyle. 

Thank you Manasi and I would definitely recommend you to anyone who wants to pursue a healthy lifestyle.

I lost 4 kg in 2.5 month. I followed all the healthy diet changes given by Manasi. But I was not regular with the exercise routine. But happy with the results. I know with regular exercises I could get better results. :)

She is too good. I did wtloss with enjoying restaurant food (not always, but some times). I like tht wid little change in diet habits & exercise I was able to achieve my target wtloss. 

She also guides abt how to maintain d wt after wt loss.
